WorldAxis 3D is a 3D engine and software development kit
(SDK) designed for rapid development of games and interactive applications.
WorldAxis 3D contains several sub-systems each with its own purpose
and mostly independent of each other. These are: renderer, utility, input,
file, image, texture, timer, ini, font, collision, physic, data (mesh,
lights, entities, ...), shader, camera, math and sound.
WorldAxis 3D uses OpenGL and can be mixed with normal OpenGL
API programming allowing great flexibility and extensibility of
your application.
WorldAxis 3D has generous license terms. You may release and sell
any number of products you create with it.
System Requirements:
Windows 98, Me, XP or Vista
Video card with OpenGL 1.2 support (ATI Radeon 9600 or newer or NVidia Geforce FX 5200 or newer recommended)
CPU with 500MHz or faster
256 MB RAM
Developer Requirements:
Knownledge of at least C programming or the will to learn
Knownledge of basic 3D programming or the will to learn
A compiler
and linker system (e.g. Code::Blocks, Pelles C or any other)
Blender
and/or DeleD for content creation.
